Deposit Policy

Good News Art Studio Deposit Policy

The deposit is not an extra fee - it comes off the cost of your last session. If you have any further questions or concerns about our policies, please don't hesitate to reach out. The $225 deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the cost of your last tattoo session. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice, and keep in mind that each deposit allows only two rescheduled appointments within the 48-hour time frame. No-shows after 30 minutes or a third rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Also, please note that the deposit is non-transferable. If you change your mind about the tattoo design that was approved by Madison, she will need to approve the new idea and your deposit is subject to being forfeited. Madison strives to only take on projects that she feels she can produce her very best work with, and changing the idea drastically constitutes potential forfeiture of deposit to cover time she has already spent working on the prior concept. Madison reserves the right to choose which projects she will and will not take on, this is also to ensure that you get the best tattoo possible in Madison's art style.

We will never ask you to send a deposit without first having a consultation. We take deposits in the form of cash, card, Venmo, or PayPal. Once your deposit is received, we will schedule your tattoo appointment(s). During the first appointment, Madison will show you the design and make any minimal adjustments if needed. If major alterations are required, she will reschedule the appointment at no extra cost to allow for more time to perfect the design. However, if an agreement cannot be reached on the design and all adjustments have been made, Madison will keep your deposit to cover the cost of her drawing time.

If you have any questions or need further clarification on the process, feel free to reach out to us. We're excited to work with you!

Best regards, Good News Art Studio
