Tattoos may be permanent, and though our hearts and minds are always our own, they do change and grow during different seasons in life. Through the Changed Heart project, I am currently donating my time and skill to help those with hearts who have changed and have tattoos which no longer reflect the intent of their spirit.

Examples of tattoos that may not resonate with the wearer any longer would be anything offensive or hateful, drug, or crime related. This offer does not include covering up names or covering up a tattoo just to cover it up. The intent of this giveaway is to help people who feel their old tattoo is holding them back in their new way of life and thinking.

Please fill out this form thoroughly and submit. The more detailed you can be in the descriptions, the more helpful for us. You may be asked to send images of your existing tattoo if your concept is being considered for approval. If you are asked to send more images, it does not mean you have been selected for the free cover-up tattoo.

I will only be taking on ONE PROJECT at a time. Not every project that is submitted will be accepted. You will receive an e-mail letting you know whether your project has been accepted or declined.

I know things in the past need to stay there... and I will do all I can to respect your privacy and not share any of your personal information or your story unless you give me your full permission to do so. I am so happy for you and this beautiful change that's happened in your life. I so look forward to hearing all of the good news you have!
